Founder story
I did not build Body Architecture because the world needs another workout template. I built it because people need plans that respect their body, schedule, recovery, confidence, and real constraints.

The story
After years of lifting, I learned that progress is rarely blocked by lack of information. Most people already know exercises, calories, and motivation quotes. The real issue is structure. What should you do this week? How hard should you push? What changes when sleep is bad, stress is high, or joints feel off?
My product background changed how I think about coaching. Good products ask the right questions, remove friction, and make the next action obvious. Body Architecture applies the same mindset to training.

How I work
Years of lifting make the plan practical. Sets, reps, exercise selection, effort, recovery, and progression need coaching judgment.
01The intake is designed to expose the details that usually get missed.
02Inputs and check-ins are organized faster, so patterns become clearer.
03WhatsApp, calls, feedback, and optional Dubai sessions keep the plan connected to real training, not just a document.
04Submit your intake, get your first custom week, and continue only if the coaching feels right.
