Founder story
Body Architecture exists because most custom workout plans are not truly custom. It combines 14+ years under the bar, product thinking, AI workflows, and optional biometric data to build plans around your actual body, schedule, recovery, and constraints.

The origin
I built Body Architecture because people pay for custom plans and often receive something generic. The real gap is not access to exercises. The gap is judgment: what to do, why it matters, when to push, when to adjust, and how to keep execution alive when work, stress, sleep, travel, and social life get in the way.
My background gives the brand its edge. One side is real training: years of progression, plateaus, nutrition, recovery, and building muscle through consistency. The other side is product and AI: systems, automation, structured analysis, and turning messy inputs into clear decisions.
Experience matters because bodies do not respond like spreadsheets. AI can organize the data, but lifting judgment decides the plan.
True customization is time-consuming. AI helps structure the intake, spot patterns, and make the workflow faster without removing human review.
